GForces has extended its relationship with Vauxhall UK until March 2018 as part of a continuation of a deal which has been in place for the past four years.

Richard Johnston, OEM director at GForces said that the relationship between the two businesses is a “very strong one” as Vauxhall announced plans to roll out the GForces platform to a greater number of its franchised dealers.

The brand believes that the move will ensure consistent brand messages and “unify how consumers approach the dealer network”.

Johnston said: “The relationship between Vauxhall and GForces is a very strong one.

“With recent additions to the website including our New Car Configurator, we not only offer Vauxhall a next-generation platform, but also one that adapts and grows alongside consumer demand and expectations.”

Simon Oldfield, Vauxhall’s marketing director, said: “Continued focus on our digital customer experience is fundamental to Vauxhall’s marketing strategy. Consumers expect a rich and rewarding digital experience and a seamless transition from OEM to Retailer digital environments and that is what we are aiming to deliver.

“Our partnership with GForces is part of this plan and extending our contract enables us to continue to develop our solutions in a stable and strong environment, while delivering a class leading digital platform and service to both our Retailers and customers”.
