BMW Financial Services (GB) Limited has been rewarded for realising the potential of its staff with the award of Investors in People’s Silver standard.

The retail and commercial financial services provider of the BMW Group, based in Farnborough, Hampshire, join the top 7% of accredited organisations across the UK who believe in realising the potential of their people.

BMW Financial Services has been providing retailers and customers with bespoke finance and insurance solutions since it was established in 1996 and now employs 285 staff.

Paul Devoy, head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People Silver standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of.
