CrowdControlHQ is inviting marketing communications and customer service decision makers to ‘check and challenge’ their current thinking through a FREE Automotive social media workshop, designed for leading enterprise organisations, tasked with integrating multiple team members, multiple channels and/or locations into one consistent and successful social media delivery model.

Following the recent publication ‘Social Media – An executive briefing for the Automotive Industry’ in December 2015, the workshop will provide an opportunity for marketing professionals from enterprise organisations to meet and debate the issues, with a number of ‘sprint’ style sessions covering the hottest topics in Automotive social media right now!

The day will kick off with a review of the digital landscape and the practical impact this is having on sales environments. Followed by a look at the evolution in customer centric brand building approaches and how campaign teams are managing the increasing demand to cut through the clutter and achieve greater return on investment for their efforts through effective strategic planning.

Attendees will also gain useful hints and tips on how to improve the operational effectiveness of their delivery, managing the risks and compliance issues arising from the recently published FCA guidelines and gain a leading industry experts view on how to manage a brand in crisis across social media channels.

Time will also be built into the day for networking to facilitate sharing of best practice. The ultimate goal will be to encourage attendees to look beyond their current approaches to social media to innovate and take their delivery up a gear!

Workshops will be restricted in numbers to keep the quality of discussion high, allocated on a first come, first served basis at three locations: Silverstone, Northamptonshire (March 8th), Elland Road, Leeds (March 9th) and Hampden Park Glasgow (March 10th).
