Ben has teamed up with wellbeing data specialists Wellonomics to provide a customised platform to automotive businesses.
The platform will give businesses the tools to review their employees’ health and wellbeing through monthly online assessments.
The anonymised results will enable automotive businesses to identify areas where their team may be struggling so that they can better support their people – to help address employee absence and high attrition rates and help improve the overall economic and emotional wellbeing of their company, the charity said.
Rachel Clift, health and wellbeing director at Ben, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Wellonomics to produce this exciting new platform for our automotive industry.
“This specially-designed product is right at the cutting edge of care and will help us to reach even more people in our automotive community who need our support.
“Not only will we be able to provide tailored resources directly to those who are struggling, we can also support businesses in their quest to improve individual and management wellbeing in their workplaces.
“We can’t wait to announce the launch of our new product in early 2022 and encourage all automotive businesses to join us in our quest to make our automotive family happier and healthier.”
Ben recently launched a new Christmas appeal which aims to raise at least £500,000 to ensure it can support the record numbers of people calling on its services this year.
Through regular use of the platform, automotive businesses will gain ‘in the moment’ insight into the emotional temperature of their team and performance data from assessments across five key management areas, it said.
The charity said the digital solution will enable employees to confidentially assess their own health and wellbeing monthly – with instant access to tailored health and wellbeing content to help to tackle any issues that they may be struggling with.
Automotive supplier, Real Time Communications (RTC) recently announced a partnership with Menable as part of a bid to "champion the well-being" of its team and its clients in the automotive retail sector.
