BCA has appointed Stuart Gibbons to the role of head of customer experience.

Gibbons joins the business’ senior operational team and will be responsible for providing a seamless and customer focused service across the business, including the leadership of the buyer development team, digital operations, and customer services.

Simon Henstock, BCA’s chief operating officer UK Remarketing, said: “Stuart will drive a new focus around our service proposition. 

“His skills and previous experience will help us ensure that we develop our buyer offering to achieve a best in class service.
