Peugeot UK has promoted Simon Bisp to the role of sales director.
Bisp has been head of sales programmes at the company and brings with him 15 years of experience within the PSA Group in various roles including significant posts in distribution, aftersales and sales zone management.
His new role will commence this month and he will oversee the growth of the Peugeot brand in the UK as the company prepares to introduce key new models, including a new 3008 SUV, which will be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show.
“I very much looking forward to the next chapter with Peugeot. We have a real opportunity to deliver outstanding results with an ever-stronger product range, so this will be our focus in the coming months,” he said.
David Peel, Peugeot UK managing director, said: “It is a pleasure to appoint Simon to lead the sales team here at Peugeot.
“He enters the role at an exciting time for the Peugeot brand and, with a wealth of experience, I believe he is the right person to drive the sales team forward.”
