Nissan Motor (GB) has appointed Chris Marsh as UK aftersales director as of June 1.

Marsh (pictured) will be responsible for developing Nissan’s aftersales performance.

Having previously held positions in senior marketing, operations and dealer networks he has a background in aftersales.

He said: “Nissan has seen significant and consistent growth in sales over the last five years which presents a huge aftermarket opportunity for the network. I look forward to developing this further and driving dealer profitability, whilst also ensuring we provide the highest level of service to our customers.” 

Alex Smith, managing director of Nissan Motor (GB), said: “Chris is a highly experienced member of the senior Nissan management team with a strong aftersales background. I’m delighted that he will be heading up the aftersales team to drive quality, strengthen operations and increase revenues.”
