Cap HPI has appointed Amanda Hardcastle as head of human resources as the business embarks on a talent search to drive its growth into international markets.

Hardcastle joins the business from senior roles at Close Brothers Motor Finance and CallCredit Information Group and previously supported Cap HPI’s management team through the process of bringing the Cap and HPI businesses together in 2015.

Reporting to Jean-François Boulineau, acting head of human resources at Solera Holdings, Hardcastle will be responsible for supporting the company’s rapid international rollout, talent search and engagement and creating a high-performance culture.

She said: “Cap HPI continues to evolve as a leading provider of digital and data solutions across the automotive supply chain.

“Our expansion will be supported by creating a high-performance culture that can attract and retain the best talent the industry has to offer.”

Cap HPI recently launched its European data set to support the first phase of its growth plans, which are underpinned by a new global coding system.

A new international hub is being established in the UK to ensure its systems, coding, data collection processes, and valuation methodologies are consistent, scalable and repeatable for every country that the business enters.
