IT software provider Cooper Solutions has made four new appointments to support ongoing growth.

David Abel, Pip Weston, Rahul Mohanachandran and Emily Kightley join the Warwick-based organisation as business development manager, account manager, software developer and operations support executive respectively.

With a career spanning 40 years, Abel spent two decades working for a number of leading car retail brands, including Pendragon and Reg Vardy PLC, in locations across the UK. Focusing on furthering Cooper Solutions' strong position in the market, he will continue to build the profile of the organisation's innovative FullAuction and FullAppraisal products.

Abel said: "I am delighted to be joining Cooper Solutions because of its renowned reputation within the automotive retail sector as a progressive, customer-focused organisation.

"The automotive retail industry is constantly evolving, and Cooper Solutions' commitment to the ongoing development of intuitive products was a big selling point for the role. I have a real opportunity to help further develop the company's already stellar reputation and look forward to working with a close-knit, dedicated team."

Managing director at Cooper Solutions Barry Cooper said: "I am thrilled to welcome four excellent new additions to our team. While David, Pip and Emily will enhance our ability to further penetrate the market and support our products, Rahul will help us develop existing and new products more quickly.

“It's a very exciting time for the company and we're matching our sales success with continued investment in resources."

FullAppraisal oversees the shift from paper-based processes to electronic appraisal of used vehicles, providing automotive retailers with a consistent and accurate vehicle assessment tool.

FullAuction provides dealers with an alternative route to market. With no listing fees, annual fees or buyer fees, the service has already attracted hundreds of validated buyers.
