Following Ebbon-Dacs’ plan to withdraw from the dealer management systems market, DMS Navigator is offering Ebbon-Dacs users its system at the lowest possible implementation fee.

DMS Navigator managing director Simon Verona said: “We understand that Ebbon-Dacs users feel they’ve been left in limbo, forced into looking for an alternate system when they had no plans to do so.

“Our offer to Ebbon-Dacs users is to supply our system and to maintain our licence fees in line or below the fees that the dealer is currently paying. For many of these users, we would expect that even with an additional Implementation Fee, the contract value for Navigator will be cost-neutral compared to their existing contract with Ebbon-Dacs.  Former Ebbon-Dacs users would also benefit from the same lifetime free updates service our existing customers enjoy.

“With well over 120 installed sites across the UK, including multi-site systems, Navigator is being seen as the most viable mid-range dealer management system and many Ebbon-Dacs customers will see this as the ideal fit.

“This offer is made to all Ebbon-Dacs users who contract with Navigator before the end of 2015. We know dealers’ decisions will be based not only on technical ability and functionality, but also on cost benefits and return on investment.  This is why we are ensuring that DMS Navigator will be far more cost-effective than our main rivals.”
