Motor finance provider Moneyway has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) gold accreditation for its commitment to employee satisfaction.

The internationally-recognised accreditation is used to set the standard for what it means to lead, support and manage people.

While IIP recognises more than 14,000 organisations across the world, only 7% have gold standard.

Moneyway’s commercial director, Steward Cox, said: “We are dedicated to making Moneyway a fantastic place to work, as this helps us attract and retain talented colleagues, as well as providing the best service to our customers.

“We’re constantly developing innovative ways of rewarding our employees and developing a transparent culture within the business that encourages engagement with other members of staff. We pride ourselves on high levels of satisfaction across all levels of the business, and this award shows that the efforts we go to really do make a difference.”

Moneyway was “praised heavily” by the IIP assessors for its “clear vision of becoming the best bank in Britain, and the high degree of buy-in that employees demonstrate in relation to the company’s strategic direction.”

Findings from Moneyway’s latest internal survey revealed that 85% of employees were highly engaged with their work, with 85% being positive about the future of the business. The survey also highlighted the company’s focus on training and development, with 76% of employees saying they receive regular feedback.

This award marks the second the company has achieved in 2017, having received the Feefo gold trusted service award for its outstanding service to customers earlier this year.
