Saab has unveiled its new 9-5 Range, featuring 1,265 iimprovements some seen for the first time in the marque's flagship model range.

Key features of the new range include, all-new common rail 3-litre V6 turbo diesel engine with 176bhp and 350Nm torque; chassis revisions to improve driver control; improvements to power, performance and economy; enhanced safety features and styling changes meant to create a more sporty look.

Prices and more detailed spec will be available later this month following the official unveiling of the range in Copenhagen. The new 9-5s will go on sale at Saab's 100 franchised dealers in October.
