Newly-promoted Crewe Volkswagen used car sales manager Ryan Shilton is ready to prove he is management material following his progression from the role of senior sales executive at Swansway Garage's Stoke Audi operation.

Shilton has been working at the Stoke Audi operation for six and a half years, starting as a sales executive before working his way up into a senior exec role.

Now he is determined to make his mark as a manager. Shhilton said: “I’ve been in car sales for ten years and this is opportunity I’ve been waiting for, so, I’m going all out to prove I’m made to be a manager.”

Shilton thanks his former dealership for his career progression and introducing him to the love of his life, as he met his wife on Stoke’s forecourt.

“I met the love of my life when I was working at Stoke Audi and sold her an Audi A1, something else I have to thank Swansway for," he said.

“I was attracted to Swansway because it was a successful expanding family run business with an excellent reputation within the motor industry and I thought working for a family business would give me more opportunities to further my career; all this and finding my wife too.”
