City Auction Group has strengthened its Rockingham management team, welcoming Maria Avery (pictured) as its new corporate business manager and Sarah Triolaire as administration manager.

Avery, formerly a manager at Tesla and sales manager at Sytner, will oversee the introduction of lane two, specifically for finance house and dealer group part exchange auction events.

She will also be responsible for leading the buyer engagement team to develop long term partnerships with major franchised dealer groups, car supermarkets and independent motor retailers.

Triolaire will oversee all elements of data entry, control and processing at the group’s largest UK defleet and vehicle remarketing centre. She has worked at City Auction Group for five years.

City Auction Group recently restructured its management team with the appointment of Lynne Girvan as the corporate fleet director, David Scott as the group sales director, Helena O’Neill, as the finance director and Michael Tomalin as the CEO.

Tomalin said: “These new appointments are a game changer, as we drive the business to gain enhanced market share. The recent senior management team restructure across the Group introduced newly appointed directors from within - a new chapter for the business.” 

At Rockingham, City Auction Group offers a portfolio of defleet and vehicle remarketing solutions nationally, featuring an inspect and collect app; vehicle logistics and storage; corporate asset management software platform; vendor online pre-event vehicle preparation services; and tactical refurbishment solutions.

“Our aim is to ensure the customer experience is enhanced to a consistent high standard, featuring every element across the spectrum of services, at the Midland’s largest automotive central hub,” Tomalin added.
