JCT600 has retained Accident Exchange as its accident management provider, extending an 11-year relationship.

The accident management program will continue to operate on all 50 JCT600 sites in the UK and over each of the 18 franchises it holds.

The motor retailer has worked with Accident Exchange since it first introduced an accident management programme into its customer offering in 2005. 

Andy Bateman, head of group operations at JCT600, said: “We signed up for an accident management program with Accident Exchange 11 years ago. It gives real peace of mind knowing that if the unfortunate happens to a customer’s car, we have an accident management program that will handle the process for every customer with care and understanding."
