JudgeService has launched Micro Reviews, a new real-time review product allowing car buyers to post online feedback about their customer experience in franchised dealerships.

The new Micro Reviews tool allows feedback to be posted instantly to Google and Facebook, documenting each part of the customer journey.

Updates can include anything from whether the customer was offered refreshments when waiting to a review of the customer service offered by the sales staff.

The survey is completed by text and if the customer wouldn’t recommend the dealership this feedback is sent to the relevant individual to allow them to take action if needed.

Neil Addley (pictured), founder of JudgeService, said: “In a world where everyone is a digital consumer, customers are masters of the Universe and employers need to make sure everyone in their business is a digital marketeer to make their product and their company shine.

“We know buyers are using online reviews on a regular basis to help inform their buying decisions. This tool allows us to capture customer feedback at any micro moment in the buying process and deliver online visibility and reviews to current or future customers to tap into that trend, providing reassurance and credibility for those looking to buy.”

Last year, JudgeService launched Snap 'n' Share a new car dealer app, which allows sales teams to post images and reviews of customer handover in moments.

Research from Podium shows around 60% of UK consumers check online reviews every week.
