JudgeService launches Snap ‘n’ Share customer reviews

JudgeService Snap 'n' Share

JudgeService has launched a new car dealer app which allows sales teams to post images and reviews of customer handover in moments.

Helping to boost retailers’ online presence, Snap ‘n’ Share allows sales teams to take a photo of customers with their new purchase and a tag a star rating of their experience to a branded online post.

The image is also sent to the customer, to encourage them to share it with their own social media networks.

Dale Woodley, sales director at JudgeService, said: “Snap ‘n’ Share is our latest product designed to help dealers maximise their customer engagement and reach online.

“We know sites with images are more likely to feature prominently in online searches and this tool will enable sales teams to capture the moment a deal is complete and encourage buyers to leave their review online.”

JudgeService claims that its range of products are now used by well over 1,000 leading car dealers across the UK, including nearly half of the Top 20 dealer groups.

The site provides real-time reviews and surveys about its dealer members to give customers as much information as possible about a dealership before they make a purchase.

Woodley added: “According to figures from BrightLocal, 88% of consumers say they now trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations, making it essential for dealers to ensure they are ahead of the curve and offering potential customers reviews and feedback to help inform their buying decision.

“Snap ‘n’ Share is the latest in a series of products to encourage customers to share their views online and help boost dealers’ online presence, market visibility and ultimately profitability.”
