Independent garage franchise Bosch Car Service has appointed a concept manager charged with developing the operaton to appeal to new members.

Claire Cassidy takes the role within its head office team, after two years with RL Polk promoting its aftersales CRM product to franchised dealers and manufacturers.

Prior to that, Cassidy held a variety of aftersales marketing and e-commerce positions throughout a nine-year period at Renault UK.

She said: “Bosch Car Service is a fast-growing brand in the UK and offers customers a direct alternative to the manufacturer-franchised service outlets through its network of over 500 independent garages.

"I am delighted to become a part of the company at such an exciting time; Bosch Car service is the strongest it has ever been and is constantly adding to its offerings in terms of training for technicians and customer support.”

Claire’s role will involve developing the Bosch Car Service concept, and promoting it not just within the existing network membership, but also to prospective new members.

Her responsibilities will include overseeing CRM campaigns, customer satisfaction surveys, and providing marketing support to the network and merchandising.
