After Sales Support Coordinator

Epsom, Surrey

Salary £41,000 pa + Bonus

Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week

Great opportunity to join a well-established business, within their Stores and After Market function, and play a vital role in the daily operations of the business, serving customers need for replacement parts and bespoke items.

As After Sales Support Coordinator based onsite at Epsom, you will be at the forefront of the business, assisting customers and working as part of a cohesive team. Duties will include:

* First point of contact for customers concerning After Market and Spare Part enquiries.

* General administration duties for Parts and Stock, Goods in, Goods out.

* Raising quotes for Parts and After Market Care Packages.

* Collaborating with Suppliers based in the UK and Overseas.

* Collaborating with customers, maintaining excellent relationships.

* Acting as a link between the customer and the company.

* Manage order discrepancies, returns and customer credit notes.

* Coordinate activities with internal engineering and operations teams.

* Receive and efficiently book in stock deliveries with correct codes.

* Manage goods in goods out, maintain records and allocate parts into Stores.

* Packing of Parts for Despatch to customers, communicating with couriers.

* Accurately complete Despatch paperwork including Export / Import / Currency.

* Actively monitor and manage stock levels to optimize efficiency.

* Gain familiarity with machines, parts and supplied equipment.

* Proactively speak with customers to sell After Market Care Packages.

* Contribute to the team target for the sale of Spare Parts and Care Packages.

* Cover for team members and deputise for department Manager in their absence.

* Meet challenging KPI’s such as: Order fill rate, Quotes versus take up, Order Accuracy.

The Person

* Structured, organized approach to work, well organized.

* Understanding of Stock Control Software and MS Office, Excel, Email.

* Engaging personality, comfortable talking with customers on a daily basis.

* Previous experience within a customer facing role around: Stock Control, Engineering Stores, Warehouse, Machinery, Spare Parts, After Market, After Sales, Parts Administration, Technical Support, Service Support, Customer Support.

Salary offered £41,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus + Annual Bonus + 25 days Holiday + Enhanced Pension
