PSA Peugeot Citroën has been honoured in the annual ‘TOP COM Corporate Business’ awards for the best corporate communications campaigns.

This year, PSA Peugeot Citroën’s Sustainable Development internet site - www.sustainability.psa-peugeot-citroen.com - took first prize in the publishing category, which covers all publications, from in-house newsletters and annual reports to books, flyers and other reports.

The website, launched in June 2004 to mark France’s ‘Sustainable Development Week’, represents PSA Peugeot Citroën’s first sustainable development report.

Through this site, the group reviews the challenges to be addressed – such as the greenhouse effect, road safety and urban mobility – presents its economic, social and environmental responsibilities, describes the impact of its activity and explains priority initiatives and actions.

At the awards ceremony, communications director Liliane Lacourt says: "It may seem odd for a website to win first prize in the publishing category but this award confirms that the Group’s Sustainable Development Committee chose the right reporting medium in 2003 for our first public report on this subject."

www.sustainability.psa-peugeot-citroen.com was designed and developed by PSA Peugeot Citroën’s communications division and the environment and sustainable development department in partnership with the BeCitizen agency.
