The service, which took three months to develop, allows car and van customers to book servicing with their preferred Renault dealer and obtain quotes online, 24 hours a day, every day.
Mick Moore, Renault UK director of customer management, says: “The introduction of service booking online allows us to offer our customers a hassle-free facility, which also demonstrates our continued commitment to providing the highest standard of service.”
Customers can check which service is due, book the service and a specific workshop time slot with their local Renault dealer, request pick-up and delivery of their vehicle as well as a courtesy car, and confirm cost.
The service offers transparency as customers can view each component of the service with pricing. They can also request additional repair work or book an MoT. The customer will receive email confirmation.
All Renault dealers are participating. Around 1,000 people have signed up to use the service, with 10% booking in their car.
