Rupert Lee has left the motor trade team at Lambert Smith Hampton to become a partner at Bartlett Property.

The motor retail and roadside property company was founded last year by Alfred Bartlett, Donaldsons’ sector specialist.

Bartlett and Lee worked at Rapleys several years ago where they were motor trade surveyors.

Lee says: “I will develop our motor trade clientele using my experience in the sector which combines perfectly with the roadside projects we are already involved in.

"This sector is a unique market with a handful of specialist consultants. Clients large and small require our specialist knowledge but also expect a top drawer service."

Lee gained experience acting for a number of major dealer groups while at Lambert Smith Hampton and Rapleys. They included Pendragon, Sytner and Inchcape. Bartlett Property’s clients include Dixon Motors, Marlborough Motor Company and new service centre chain In ‘n’ Out.
