Alex F. Noble and Son, the family owned Midlothian-based dealer group, has appointed Gillian Potts as its new customer database administrator.
The appointment is part of the group’s strategy to increase its one to one communications with its customers.
Colin Noble, a director of Alex F Noble and Son, said: “We’re well acquainted with the benefits a skilfully managed customer database can bring to the business and Gillian’s skills in this area will be instrumental in achieving further enhancement of our customer engagement, the boosting of our web traffic and the general promotion of the business.”
Potts, who is based at the Alex F Noble Nissan dealership at Straiton outside Edinburgh, is responsible for database management at both dealership locations (Straiton and Penicuik).
Potts previously worked as a marketing executive at a super-car franchise in Edinburgh for nearly five years. Prior to that, she was a customer services manager at an Edinburgh BMW dealership for 17 years.
