A third generation family owned franchised dealership in Lancashire has closed with the loss of all jobs.
D Kitchen Ltd in Burnley ceased trading at the end of February, reports the local newspaper.
It had represented Renault, and continued as a MG Rover service specialist after that brand's collapse, but had already downsized in late 2011 by mothballing an upstairs showroom.
Business recovery firm Leonard Curtis in Preston is acting for the company.
