South West motor trade recruitment agency Kream Motor Recruitment is under new ownership.

A decade after it was founded the Devon-based firm is now under the leadership of career motor trade professionals Matthew Prince and Andrew Leach.

They have more than 60 years’ experience in the trade, having occupied roles from parts advisor, technician and sales executive through to sales manager and dealer principal in both prestige and volume, franchised and independent dealerships.

Prince said: “Andrew and I are delighted to be taking over at Kream from founder John Beavers – one of the most experienced motor trade professionals in the region for more than three decades, who retires this month.

“We are motor trade experts with a deep understanding of the pace and pressures that come with running a dealership in 2016.

“We will draw on all of that experience and our knowledge of the industry to ensure that Kream continues to deliver a service that is second to none”.

Beavers founded Kream in 2006.

He said: “I am very pleased the future of the business is in the hands of two people with the calibre of Matthew and Andrew. I have known both for more than 25 years and cannot speak highly enough of their dedication, professionalism, experience and integrity.  I know they will bring all of this to bear in offering candidates and clients an unrivalled, top quality service.”
