Vehicle remarketing specialist Aston Barclay is hosting a series of events throughout December in partnership with leasing giant Zenith to raise funds for Motor Neurone Disease Association and automotive industry charity Ben.

It will also host its annual Zenith only digital auction on 28 December which will be the only sale held by Aston Barclay between Christmas and New Year, allowing buyers to stock up as they move into 2024.

This year Aston Barclay’s longstanding Christmas partnership with Zenith sees the launch of its Calendar Cars campaign where a different used car will be revealed each weekday between 1-22 December to bid on and buy on that day.

For each of the Calendar Cars purchased, Zenith is donating £100 to Motor Neurone Disease Association and Aston Barclay will donate £100 to Ben, the automotive industry charity.

It will also be holding a series of Christmas jumper days for buyers in the auction halls. As well as inviting them to get into the festive spirit, with prizes awarded to the best and worst Christmas jumpers, buyers will be treated to a selection box and some festive treats to enjoy while bidding. These events will be taking place until 13 December across its six national sites.

Gordon Cockle, director of remarketing at Aston Barclay said: “We have a packed schedule of events through December, and we are thrilled to be partnering with Zenith to raise money for two amazing charities. All our auction halls are fully decorated to get our customers and colleagues in the holiday spirit, and we would love to see as many buyers as possible to celebrate the end of a successful 2023.”
