About the role
Porsche Centre Leicester has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their team.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and keen to learn, full training support will be provided
As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
As a Sytner Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team in other ad-hoc duties where required.
This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
About You
Previous experience and a good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is essential.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well organised, diligent, and able to work to strict deadlines whilst paying attention to detail and working both as an individual and as part of a small team.
