Customer Success / After Sales Executive

£ 30 - 35 + excellent commission OTE 50k +

FULL-TIME - some evening and weekend work

Full time Customer Success/After Sales role for a fun, successful business in London.

Core Responsibilities for Customer Success

* In conjunction with the development team, contribute to, and influence the company's integration capabilities

* Develop trusted relationships with decision makers in each account

* Ensure that customers are leveraging the solution to deliver business value across all levels of their company

* Prepare and execute on quarterly customer success plans

* Grow usage within each account

* Introduce new features and best practices to customers. Track adoption

* Track and report on key metrics for customer success

* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the platform

* Lead efforts to turn around at risk accounts

* This is a 24/7 support so there will be some evening and weekend work

What it Takes to be Successful

* Undergraduate or similar

* Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proven ability work and thrive in fast paced, results-oriented, hands-on environment

* Thorough understanding of the digital ecosystems

* PowerPoint and Excel skills

* Experienced background with SaaS is a plus
