Job Purpose:
As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for organising service activities to ensure the departments efficient and profitable operation. Departmental profitability through the effective marketing and sale of labour, parts, accessories, lubricants, subcontracted services, other charges and other value-added products and services.
About You:
• Previous Experience in a Service / Aftersales role in AUTOMOTVE
• 3 years previous experience working in aftersales within the retail automotive industry
• Technical qualifications, as appropriate
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• IT Literate
• A Clean, Full UK Driving License
• Willingness to work additional/unsocial hours as required.
• Evidence of ‘Right to Work’ in the UK
