Your will report to the Sales Manager.
Duties for the role include, but are not limited to,
1)Answering incoming calls and emails, attending to enquiries from customers, identifying components required, suggesting add-on sales.
2)Making proactive customer contact calls and information gathering (sales calls) logging results.
3)Learning catalogue systems to assist in component identification and POS platform.
