WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
You will be the face (and the voice) of the business for our customers, you will handle queries and complaints and do everything you can to resolve them and create a positive lasting impression.
Communication is everything in this role, whether it is by email; phone or face to face world class customer service is of the upmost for you to make this role a success.
Our goal is to build a culture of world class customer service and to ensure that even a visit for a negative reason is a positive experience.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) is essential for this but more importantly you need empathy and emotional intelligence as the interactions you will have will be people who may not be having a good day.
Experience handling complaints would be ideal but more importantly any experience dealing with customer service or the public day to day would be great (i.e retail, call centre, hospitality etc).
You will need a Full and Valid Driving License.
