Dealer Data Specialist

A Data Specialist is required to join our team, providing data project support to our network of dealership clients. Working with our Product Owner and development teams, reporting to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Develop comprehensive understanding of our dealer DMS/LMS data processes
2. Complete data analysis in response to business requirements
3. Create and maintain documentation of data processes to enable knowledge sharing with colleagues
4. Provide support to Client Services and Development teams in relation to data queries

Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer;

• Working knowledge of a Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Competence with standard Microsoft software
• Previous experience of Database Management and cleansing
• Have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Have high levels of attention to detail and time management skills
• Passion and ability to deliver an outstanding service to colleagues and clients

Salary £32,000 - £37,000 plus private healthcare, company pension.

The role can be remote - in the UK - or hybrid out of our Tunbridge Wells head office.
