The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for the design, test and validate of the electronics products. The Electronics Engineer will need a strong background in electronics design, have proven electronics design experience and a keen interest in future technologies. This key role involves working with the technical leads to ensure active projects developed are running on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Analysis of customer requirements & Liaise with our clients.
• PCB design - schematic capture and layout for a mix of analog and digital circuits.
• Supporting the test and manufacturing team.
• Working understanding of software development (C).
• Problem solving techniques to develop and quantify product design.
• Work to company maturation planning.
• Actively own and progress all design activities to completion.
• Implement & develop creative solutions to engineering problems.

Experience Required:
• A Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering discipline.
• Competent user of MS office packages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Designing and maintenance of electronic equipment – LED functionality would be advantageous.
• Hardware Design - Experience with schematic capture, PCB design and layout (preferrable using Altium).
• Ability to manager projects, document design and control BOM.

• An understanding of mix signal circuits.
• Supporting various OEMs with the functionality of the LED systems.
• Experience of full lifecycle design for electronics devices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A thorough attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and abroad.
• Experience working closely with internal and external customers.
• Be self-motivated.
• Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
• Full and Clean UK Driving license.
