Finance Business Partner - Car Programming

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the automotive programme from a finance perspective and will be working closely with specialist engineers to deliver financial insights and support.

The Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:

- Support and influence the car programme as a key contributor and collaborator

- Identify financial opportunities and riskes

- Work together with the Programme Director and key stakeholders in the review of budgets, rolling forecasts and appraisals

- Support procurement with supplier selection.

.- Track and report KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure quality of data within finance systems including developing controls where necessary

The Finance Business Partner Skills:

- Fully qualified Accountant ACCA, CIMA or ACA with PQE.

- Experience in a business partnering role

- Experience of working with engineers within the automotive or aerospace sector is key

- Able to communicate financial matters to the business with clarity and transparency

- Able to push back and challenge where required
