As a Sales Manager working for our client’s modern and prestige dealership based in Newbury, Berkshire you will take accountability for the Sales function, including the delivery of sales volume, margin and profitability targets.
You will be responsible as line manager for the Sales Team, and you will be accountable for ensuring the team are well informed and equipped through training and coaching to perform effectively and achieve targets.
You will be expected to have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience managing a high achieving car sales team
Experience ensuring your team are well informed and effectively utilising their product knowledge, promotional and marketing campaigns.
Identifying training and development needs
Implement a customer service satisfaction strategy within the team.
Be the escalation point for the team resolving every customer queries professionally.
Allocate resource effectively for seasonal peaks.
Develop a sales action plan and communicate targets effectively to the team.
Ideally you will have experience of:
Experience working in a prestige car dealership
Proven track of delivering results
Manage the car stock to ensure sales potential is optimising whilst also thinking about return of investment.
Competitive basic salary £45k plus bonus (£65k OTE)
