My client is a well established Main Dealership who are currently searching for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join their busy team.
The main responsibilities for the role of Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor would be meeting and greeting customers coming into the service centre and liaising with the workshop and customers. During the working day, you will need to advise the customer on any repair issues and costs, gain authorisation and keep the customer updated throughout, ensuring all vehicles are ready for collection as agreed. Working closely with the Service Manager to drive the rest of the team and ultimately provide an excellent customer experience.
To be considered for the position of Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor, the successful candidate would ideally have experience working in a Main Dealership environment (preferred but not essential) in the same role for at least 1 years. Be confident in upselling while keeping a high level of customer service. You must be competent in Numeracy, Literacy and IT. Managing your day well with key organisational skills while working in a fast paced environment, and again, providing an excellent customer service.
