Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Motor Trade

Salary: £43,000 basic (doe) OTE £55,000+ (uncapped)


We are recruiting for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician in Jersey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to relocate to the Channel Islands working with a superb brand and dealer group. We are looking for both Maintenance Level Vehicle Technicians and Diagnostic Level Vehicle Technicians.

NOTE: You must be prepared to relocate to Jersey. 1st interview will be via video link, 2nd stage will be face to face with accommodation and flights paid for. You will be required to take a Covid Test on arrival and await a result in isolation for 12 hours before going to site.

Role:
This role will include all levels of technical works; from servicing to major engine work to diagnostic. You must be able to complete work to a high standard, adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes, become part of a team and mainly bring a high attention to detail. The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first time fix.

The position is with a reputable and busy workshop who are looking for an addition to their team who operate in a busy and vibrant Workshop.

Requirement
- You must be fully qualified (NVQ level 3 in Vehicle maintenance & repair) and have experience within a busy workshop for a minimum of 2 years.
- Must be ready to relocate to Jersey.
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge and bring a strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence.
- VAG or BMW experience would be preferred but we will look at Technicians from all brands.
