Geoffrey Long believes the enthusiasm he brings to his new director's position at Sanderson Bramall Motor Group will rub off on his staff, helping to boost levels of customer service and satisfaction.

He said: “I believe in the philosophy that your own enthusiasm encourages and motivates those who work for you, who in return will be excited about the job they are doing.” Mr Long becomes the director in charge of the Sanderson Ford territory covering Richmond and Northallerton in North Yorkshire and Darlington in Durham.

Mr Long joined Sanderson Bramall seven years ago, running CD Bramall Middlesborough before taking the position of dealership director at the Sanderson Ford outlet in Batley, West Yorkshire.
