A brand new £23,000 Lotus Elise could be won for £1 at the AM/Sewells aftermarket conference on March 26.

The two-seater sportscar is up for grabs in a dice game being organised by Swift rent-a-car to raise funds for CLIC, the cancer and leukaemia in childhood charity. Swift will be matching £1 for every £1 throw of the dice by delegates to the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, event.

Nick Corrie, Swift rent-a-car's sales director, is one of the key speakers at the 'Aftermarket: the £14bn prize' conference. He joins a high profile line-up which includes Paul Daly, aftersales director of Vauxhall Motors, Sarah Sillars, chief executive of the Institute of the Motor Industry, Lookers chairman Fred Maguire, AA Service Centres head of planning Nicky Smith and ADL chairman Chris Jeffries.

The conference is to be chaired by John Wormald, founding partner of Autpolis.
