Seat flexiblility plan to beat redundancies

Management and unions at Seat have concluded an agreement to make working practices more flexible in order to stave off a redundancy plan.

The move is a result of a planned dip in production between June 2003 and March 2004 as a result of the end of the carmaker's manufacture of the Inca and Caddy models.
