There is also a waterproof plastic boot storage box, a waste bag that can be fixed to the back of the front seats, and a backpack ideal for children's toys that also fixes to the back of the front seats, or can be used separately as a traditional rucksack. This is priced at £19.00.
To protect children from the effects of too much sunshine on a long journey, a rear window roller blind in mesh fabric is easy to use and install, while a rain and wind deflector can be fitted to the front doors without screwing or drilling.
Tailored covers are available to provide protection from scratches and stains, including a luggage compartment liner, mat and rear seat protection cover, which costs £38. A transparent plastic film is available to protect the rear sill paintwork from scratches when loading and unloading luggage, and there is a range of tailored carpet mats, plus mud flaps for front and rear wheels.
For caravans and camper trailers, there is a choice of fixed or removable towing hitches, plus electrical equipment and extended towing mirrors.
There is also a choice of front and rear spoilers, side sills and rear roof spoiler. Inside, owners can specify door sill covers with Astra lettering, plus a range of audio systems and mobile phone hands-free kits.
