The Manheim Group has reshaped its board ahead of a rebranding exercise in July.

A new group board has been established, headed by chief executive John Bailey. It comprises existing executives and two new posts.

Mike Wise, currently responsible for European sales at Kwik-Fit, joins in June as group sales director.

Mike Pilkington will be chief operating officer, extending his current responsibilities at several group companies to focus on the commercial and operation side of the business.

Manheim will also adopt the look of its international parent brand, US-based Manheim, with new signage at all 18 centres in June. Other group companies will retain their names and styles but adopt the parent brand by association.
