The MVRA has launched an initiative aimed at helping its members to market themselves more effectively and drive up profits.

Developed with the help of marketing specialist Peter Hubbersty, who has run global dealer programmes for Nissan, the programme is designed to boost the benefits of MVRA membership by helping them increase their throughput.

“The businesses we talked to were keen to try new initiatives but lacked both the time and specific marketing expertise to start from scratch,” said Hubbersty. “What we have devised is a range of off-the-shelf solutions that are professional, easy to use and very cost effective.”

The packages start at a £15 monthly fee for a basic selection of advertisement material and advice, and members can pick and choose from a range of extras depending on their needs.

MVRA manager Adrian Bond said: “This is all about adding value to our membership packages.”
