Law: debt collecting - possible quick-fire route to recovery

There is a little used but often very effective device for recovering a liquidated debt, that is one which is indisputable in amount, such as a bounced cheque, which can sometimes be employed to avoid the often long process of County Court or High Court proceedings.

It involves the use of a simple process, for which we can give guidance, if you have such uncollected debts. It does not always work and is not effective in claims below £750, but it can make a debtor very frightened and intimidated, leading to a crestfallen willingness to cough up, after months of cheeky distain, as he has no real defence to such a device

Lawgistics offers guidance on this and other matters, and might be able to assist you to balance the books at least once a year!
