Kia has revealed the first picture of its new Sorento.
The new model was designed under the direction of Kia’s chief design officer (CDO), Peter Schreyer, and features the new design DNA featured on the new Soul.
Kia is expecting the new seven-seater Sorento to appeal to a wider audience and hopes to achieve global sales of 140,000 units from 2010.
Keyless entry, engine start button, reversing safety camera, built-in sat-nav and panoramic glass sunroof will all be featured on the new car.
The new Sorento is not expected to reach the UK market until 2010. Further details of the UK specification will be revealed closer to launch.
