The Bosch Car Service network has appointed Network Automotive to drive improvements at its member garages.
The 500 independent garages that are members of the Bosch network are being provided with help in various ways - including six launch road shows and 45 profit clinics being held across the country.
The Bosch Profit Clinics are designed to help its member garages increase invoice value, raise customer footfall, improve business and organisational processes, and manage staff more effectively.
Colin Bruder, managing director at Network Automotive, said: "There are huge opportunities for independent garages to win a greater share of aftersales business. We are working with Bosch and their member garages to maximise the opportunities that exist in the market through in-depth advice and support.
