Advantage Motor Group's Hull branch has been appointed to the Ford repairer network.
Paul Dawson is the site's Ford master technician who has 15 years' experience in the motor trade with the last nine being spent at Ford.
Jason Crookes, after sales manager for Advantage Motor Group said: "This is a good news story for the motor trade, investment in people is the key to long term profitable partnerships with manufacturers.
"We look forward to welcoming Ford drivers to our Hedon Road (Hull) site."
The company has branches across the Midlands, Lincolnshire and North East.
The Hull site was opened in January 2007 and sells Mazda and Citroen.
