Alexanders Saab York has won Saab GB Regional Dealer of the Year Award following its achievement of highest year on year improvement of any Saab dealership across the UK.

The Saab dealer network is assessed on a wide range of criteria, including sales performance, customer care and staff training. Alexanders Saab achieved the highest increase in customer satisfaction levels of any Saab dealership, moving it up into the top 10% for both sales and aftersales.

David Alexander, dealer principal of Alexanders Saab York, said: "We are delighted to have received this award, which acknowledges the hard work that we put in every day to try to ensure our customers are satisfied and receive the best care and attention possible.

"It is a great achievement to be seen as the best dealership in the area and as part of our commitment to excellence we will continue to put customer care at the top of our agenda."

The award comes just two years after Alexander took over the York dealership in addition to its Thornaby-on-Tees site.

Despite the Swedish brand going through some tough times, Alexander is confident about the year ahead with the launch of the new 9-5 saloon.
