JCT600 has moved its Lotus dealership in Leeds to a larger, refurbished showroom in preparation for the British sportscar brand’s range expansion.

Lotus plans to launch more upmarket Ferrari-rivalling models including an Esprit supercar, Elite 2+2 and Eterne grand tourer within the next four years and expects its franchised network to improve their facilities and service levels to meet the expectations of wealthy customers with luxury lifestyles.

JCT600, Yorkshire’s only Lotus franchisee, held an official opening last week for more than 150 customers at its more spacious showroom and focused service workshop at Gelderd Road, next to its successful Bentley Leeds dealership.

The AM100 dealer group’s established Lotus team under sales manager Andy Bryan has moved across from its previous Brooklands Lotus site at Lower Wortley, which is now home to its Aston Martin dealership.

Michael Carr, general manager of Lotus Leeds, said: “Lotus is an iconic brand with which JCT600 has long been associated and we are pleased to continue to improve our services to its loyal customers.

"As well as the refurbished and larger sales and service facilities at Leodis Court, we are also introducing new initiatives such as fixed priced servicing to give customers greater clarity on costs.”
