Unipart Automotive has bought five branches of Rapid Car Parts, a business which went into administration last week.
Administrators from PwC had already closed sites at North Walsham, Hoddesedon and Enfield after they were called in last Wednesday.
However they have now secured the sale of the remaining five branches and assets to Unipart.
David Baxendale, joint administrator and director at PwC, said: "The sale means that it remains business as usual for customers and staff at the 5 branches.
"Securing a quick sale of the business has enabled the transfer of 66 employees and has preserved the continuity of supply to customers in the run up to Christmas."
